I trained as an anthropologist before I became a designer. That wasn't a detour — it was the whole point. I've always been more interested in what moves people than what impresses them, and that lens shapes every brief I write, every team I build, every piece of work I refuse to ship before it's ready.
For the past 15 years I've led creative across fashion, luxury CPG, and direct-to-consumer — from early-stage startups to global brands with nine figures in revenue. I've helped raise $16M in Series A funding, launched a product that generated $63M in its first months, and repositioned a creative team from a service function into a strategic partner at the table.
What I care about isn't the category. It's finding the idea worth chasing and carrying it — from strategy through production, across any medium — without letting speed or scale erode the craft.
I've spoken at the DesignX Leadership Summit and the American Packaging Summit. I've judged the Spotlight Awards. I'm currently Senior Creative Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli, where I lead creative across seven brand portfolios and a team I'm genuinely proud of.
